San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has been in the spotlight for months as he faces an ongoing investigation into whether he illegally used the team’s luxury suite during the national anthem before a preseason game against the Oakland Raiders in August.

But while Kaepernick’s legal team has repeatedly tried to cast him as a racist, the 49er quarterback has also come under fire for his social media habits.

He’s been the subject of a series of racially charged posts from users in response to social media posts, which have included comments about being called a n***** and being called an animal.

Kaepernick’s use of social media has been an increasingly contentious topic as Kaepernick has become more vocal about racial injustice in the United States.

Kaepernick has said he doesn’t want to be called a racist and has even been the target of a racist tweet.

His team and his team’s owner, Jed York, have repeatedly said Kaepernick is not racist and that the protests he’s engaged in are peaceful.

But Kaepernick’s actions have drawn comparisons to those of NFL player Jason Collins, who is white.

Collins was arrested last month after police said he repeatedly punched and kicked an officer in the face.
